- Last Will & Testament (these must be physically signed)
- Power of Attorney (these must be physically signed)

- Negotiable Instruments (Promissory Notes, Loan Agreements, etc.)
- Certified true copies of original documents (i.e. “Notarized copies”)
- Separation Agreements / Divorce Agreements
