Thank you for visiting and shopping at Motion Legal Services Limited. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All inquiries or appointments for our professional services are processed with your previous consent, if will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped on holidays.
Regarding Remote or Electronic notarization appointments, all signing parties should provide previously the exact CITY/PROVINCE where they are, or where will you be physically located at the time of your appointment with Motion Legal Services. This is required by Law.
Before any appointment, all signing parties agree and accept 100% of responsibility for confirming if the recipient of remote or E-documents will accept electronic or remote signatures, and they should confirm this before the appointment. Clients understand and accept that Motion Legal Services Limited cannot guarantee the acceptance of electronic signed or remote notarized documents.
All signing parties understand and accept that any errors, missing information, or other mistakes caused by them which require a correction to be made by the notary will require a separate appointment and service fee.
